Yocha NEws- Iranian authorities announced their success in breaking the secret code of unmanned surveillance aircraft belonging to the United States (U.S.) who falls in Iranian territory last year. Iran even says it will make a replica of the aircraft type RQ-170 Sentinel is.
"I'll give you four directions, so the U.S. could understand the extent to which we have been through the system of secret intelligence and reconnaissance aircraft," said the head of Iran's military aerospace division, Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh, as reported by CNN on Monday (4/23/2012 ).
Hajizadeh explained that his party managed to get some important data and the secrets of surveillance aircraft. However, he declined to disclose the data has been obtained on the grounds of security.
"The aircraft is considered a national treasure for us and we should not disclose all the information that we can easily," said Hajizadeh.
Nevertheless, Hajizadeh convey important information. According to him, Iran is in the process of manufacturing a replica of the reconnaissance plane, using the same technology used by U.S. stealth aircraft and bombers.
"We started to produce a replica of the RQ-170 surveillance aircraft of this," he said without giving further explanation.
Just a reminder, RQ-170 stealth aircraft Sentinel is claimed shot down by Iranian military last on December 4, 2011 as it passed over the city of Kashmar, about 225 kilometers from the border with Afghanistan.
