    Yocha News- Rubber chicken named Camilla attached to helium balloons to be sent into space. Delivery is carried out to test the radiation from solar storms.

    Reported by Orange, on Tuesday (4/24/2012), a student from California sending Camilla into the sky. Rubber chicken will be exposed to high levels of energy solar protons at a distance of approximately 25 miles altitude. Before the launch, Camilla equipped with space suits and radiation badges to calculate radiation levels that will be exposed.

    Chicken is also equipped with the modification that carry four cameras, cryogenic thermometers and two GPS tracking unit. Previously, similar delivery Camilla ever conducted on March 3, 2012 before the onset of solar storms and March 10, 2012, when the storm is in progress with great.

    Reportedly, Camilla will return to Earth after two and a half hours in space. The balloon will appear as planned and Camilla landed back safely.

    The experiment was conducted of students from Bishop Union High School California, United States. Camilla delivery is part of their Astrobiology project. Later this year they hope to launch a microbial species to determine whether the living being could survive in space.

    Camilla itself is the mascot of solar dynamics observatory owned by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Rubber Chicken has more than 20 thousand followers on social networking sites like Twitter, Facebook and Google +.
