1. Hand washing
Washing your hands regularly, especially before and after meals, or after the bathroom could be limiting the transmission of bacteria that cause the disease and also to prevent the spread of infection.
The key is to clean the bacteria from your hands after handling certain items and before interacting with the eyes, nose or mouth. Use soap and running water or hand sanitizer with alcohol content specific to limit the spread of disease.
2. Keeping the immune system
The human body was designed very well in the fight against infection, while certainly a healthy condition. But when the immune system is compromised, then someone to be at risk of developing the disease because the body is not strong enough to combat attacks.
The best way to keep your immune system stay well is to vaccinate regularly, give your body good nutrition from food, getting enough sleep, exercise and reduce stress.
3. Do not overdo antibiotics
Antibiotics are only effective actual fight bacterial infections, because it is most antibiotics are given on the condition that one example for viral diseases.
