    -Drinking water intake per day is recommended. Inadequate water intake is a major cause of constipation. If you have any problems with the digestive system is slow, try to increase your water intake. Recommended water intake for adults is eight 8 glasses of water per day.

    -Increase your fiber. Increase your fiber intake will also help with constipation and some discomfort in digestion. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, high fiber breads, dried fruits, and some grains, such as flax seed will aid digestion.
